Hi everyone, yesterday i opened this white from doc colli piacentini which is a secondary wine are sandwiched between lombardia and emilia romagna, a non-massivly know wine area, but a pleasant wine made from a slightly off-dry malvasia I m guessing from a bit cooler area since it wasn't a big wine in mouth but with a nose of ripen fruits such as peach and apricot and quite floreal with a hint of white flowers and jasmine notes and orange blossom, perfect to have during those warm days such ad where I am living in Provence, possibly with a little fish carpaccio and a little citrus/floreal reduction on it.. could be an idea.
