Hi people, today I am talking to you of this wine from south west of france which is a blend of Syrah and Grenache  (old vines of 85 years) that could represent easily one of the finest red from this huge wine region which is Languedoc. I had the plasure to open and taste it and its a fabuolos powerful red with straight up some rose and violet petals, and evolving to black fruits, roasted coffee beans ,chocolate with a huge nose that is changing every 10 seconds and a medium long length that deserve it to be  at least in the top 3 from Languedoc. Needed oxigenation in a carafe at least 1 hour,i  see that wine very well with pan fried duck breast, confit cherry , possibly a little jus reduction with chocolaty finish .. a serious big wine to have it in your cellar if you see it! Very little price but big surprise if you will drink it! Let me know if u need more informations...
