Chateau Tellagh

This is an Algerian red wine. We are not used of drinking wine from this part of the world but believe me, it is worth the try. It is a medea appellation. Very good quality/price ratio. I had a 1998 vintage meaning that this wine can easily be kept in your cellar between 8 to 10 years. You will feel all the Algerian sun through the taste of wild fruits.

Castillo de Monseran

This wine has, in my opinion, the best quality/price ratio. It is a spanish red wine from Carinena appellation. This is the best low price wine I know. You will notice a taste of cranberries. I had a 2004 vintage yesterday but if you can put your hands on a 2000 it will be even better because it was the best year of this wine. This wine do not gaining anything with age so there is no interest of keeping it in your cellar. It can go with pork or with a lasagna stuffed with italian sausages or a beef Stroganov.
